1 Ownership

All software, source code, designs, interfaces, layouts, graphics, patterns, illustrations, text, documentation, structure, and the selection and arrangement of all of it, is owned by VEXANITY or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these documents transfers ownership of any of it to you.

2 Your licence

While your subscription is active and paid, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the service for your own internal business or educational purposes.

That licence ends automatically when your subscription ends.

3 What you may not do

Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works from the service
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of it, except where law expressly permits
Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or provide it as a service to third parties
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or ownership notice
Use it to build a competing product, or extract data to train a machine-learning model
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content by automated means
Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our prior written permission
Interfere with or place unreasonable load on the service or its infrastructure

4 Trademarks

VEXANITY, LUCID, ALTAIR, the VEXANITY wordmark, and all associated marks and pattern designs are trademarks of VEXANITY, whether registered or not. You may not use them without written permission, except to refer factually to our products.

5 Reporting infringement

If you believe material in the service infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] with the work concerned, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised. We will investigate and remove material where appropriate.

6 Feedback

If you send us suggestions or ideas for improving the service, we may use them freely, without restriction, attribution or payment, and you assign us any rights in them.
